Metal and plastics processing as well as decoration
We offer deep technical expertise, innovative methods and super quality standards. The main materials we work with are aluminum, stainless steel and plastic granulates. One of our core competencies in metal and plastics processing and decoration is integrating illumination and special functions. Modern production methods and the continuous integration of new technologies enable us to create innovative products. Automation, robotics and digital work instructions guarantee fast assembly – that is both highly precise and customer-specific.
Electronics production
We have 5 modern SMD lines, all of which are equipped with SPI and AOI test systems. In addition, we offer SMT production in a clean room with maximum cleanliness and precision. THT (through-hole technology) assembly is carried out automatically or manually. We use various soldering processes to serve our portfolio from simple series products to complex prototypes. From standard reflow and vacuum reflow to vapor phase soldering, we have all the important manufacturing processes at our disposal.
We design and implement product-specific production and testing systems with a high degree of automation. Our range of services goes beyond that of a classic EMS service provider.
Based on the international manufacturing standard IPC-A-610, we offer various assembly processes and procedures for the protection of assemblies. The assembly and packaging of battery packs is carried out using state-of-the-art technology for quantities of up to several tens of thousands per year, depending on the product.
