Together with customers and external automatization specialists and with a high degree of automatization RAWE are developing and realizing product-specific manufacturing systems and test benches for large-sized series production batches.

The number of pieces manufactured by RAWE are between several 100,000 off up to 7,000,000 components per year.

Since 20 years RAWE are producing head lamp adjustment units for complete LED head lamps for the car industry now. With this RAWE are contributing considerably to traveling comfort and safety in the road traffic.

Additional products are, for example, electronical components for various sensor systems provided for motor vehicles as well as LED modules for illuminated sill trims which are being processed and finished by the DEMMEL AG with place of business in Scheidegg, Germany.

In particular, RAWE are proud of very high first-pass-yield values and failure rates of nearly zero ppm.
